Baking is cheaper than clubbing

I think I found a new addiction lately.

No, not drugs or some other destructive habits. Instead of 24-hour of (almost) nonstop gaming, there's a new, one, baking. Maybe It's because the new-secondhand electric oven my mother bought, maybe I read too many mouth-watering food blog, or maybe it's just pure because I'm drop dead bored. I found love at stirring dough. And licking it too. There were moments when I'm able to escape from my boring thesis (yes, I'm still a student hey Y'all!) and to curb my anxiety.

So, as a very beginner (maybe after thrice practices, I'm calling myself a novice? ;) ) baker, I bake the easy one, like oatmeal cookies, cake mix cookies, and the last one I tried the pound cake. Yeah, I'm very proud of myself (pat on my shoulder). I used to playing games, whether it's PC games or online ones. But lately I'm kinda bored with the boy's world. I thought baking or cooking is something related to a woman, an old motherly one, but after read pretty many recipes blogs, it seem home-cooking is a trend right now, and I have to admit it's kinda addictive. I'm officially addict.

Pumpkin pumpkinny

This afternoon I tried a cereal instant drink for breakfast, and instead of the chocolate one I use to drink, I bought the pumpkin flavor. Weird, I know. I just read somewhere that pumpkin is so damn delicious, and while I was browsing through the aisles in the grocery store, I impulsively picked this instant cereal. They come in bulk (20 sachets each bag), so in case if hate the taste, I'll throw the rest 19 sachets somewhere (but most likely donate it to my brother who basically eats anything!)

And the taste testing begin. Whoa, this 'lil stuff is good, really. Pretty strange at first, because I never tried pumpkin before, but good. As if you sprinkle some parmesan cheese in your vanilla drink. Sweet and salty, but in a good way. Well, at least I now know what Justin Bieber means with never say never. Ahaha. Can't wait trying the next flavor, but definitely NOT the red dates one (because it'll trigger appetite! As if I need any!), nor the carrots. Yikes.

Hiatus

Wowwzaa.

Here am back, after too long not posting. Aagghh, I've been neglecting this blog for too long, but sometimes I feel the need for soul-searching (what's that actually means anyway??). Still busy socializing, and studying sometimes, but many times I realized that I waste my times mostly playing games. Seriously, Facebook games. Oooh how fun it is collecting moneys, building the city, robbing other's properties, doing showdowns, and the list goes on. But apparently those take me nowhere, as I'm still bored anyway.

And speaking of which, I found a stupid/funny video on youtube, about a guilty dog. My sister said it was only a drama, but when you face a dog (animal), how much drama will be involved? Enjoy.

Spring is coming

Maroon-Red. Very earthy.

Although there're only two seasons in tropical country, I always related spring with summer. You can't dress too heavy, or you'll sweat ecessively which will melting your make-up. A big no no (no cape, no coat). That's why I always attracted to wintery clothes (opposite attract mantra?). By the way I love the color, not so many girls in the street dare to wear them.
